Our staff
Jeff has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016 and a Broker since 2019. Suellen worked as a licensed agent from 2016 through 2023 before retiring from active sales. Together, they have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell properties across the Emerald Coast of Florida and Lake Martin, Alabama.
Today, Suellen serves as the office manager and is often the first point of contact with the brokerage, ensuring clients receive prompt and attentive service from the start.
Jeff’s connection to the Emerald Coast began at an early age. Starting at seven years old, he and his family spent summers visiting the Navarre and Destin areas—enjoying the beaches, fishing trips out of Destin, and the simple rhythm of coastal life. As they approached the coast on each trip, his parents would roll down the windows and say, “Ahhh… smell that salt air.” They believed the salt from the Gulf had healing qualities, a belief that became a lasting family tradition.
That memory and connection inspired the name Salt Brokerage.
From 2019 to 2023, Jeff and Suellen sold homes throughout Destin, Miramar Beach, and Navarre, and they are deeply familiar with the communities stretching from Navarre to 30A.
